In accordance with the announcement of Shanghai Autority, special pandemic control methods are implemented in Pudong Area from Mar 28th, 2022 to Apr 1st 2022. For this reason, the office of VTB Bank (PJSC) Shanghai Branch (hereinafter, the ‘Branch’)  in Shanghai Tower would be closed temporarily. And the re-open of it will be subject to further notice of Shanghai Authority. During the temporary closure period, the Branch will not open new account.
