We are happy to inform you that starting from 1^st November 2022, State Administration for Foreign Exchange (hereinafter as ‘SAFE’) Shanghai Bureau adopt the online service for foreign currency business administrative permission issues.

You may visit ‘Digital SAFE’ Platform Internet port for the foreign currency business administrative permission issues, including import FCY pre-payment check for type C client, foreign debt registration for non-banking obligor, quota registration for onshore entity oversea lending etc.
