Please be informed, that VTB Bank (PJSC) Shanghai Branch has updated the following fees in the Tariff book for Corporate clients:

• Fee for certification of signatures and documents for account opening, in case bank employees are going to client’s office, is implemented.
• Account maintenance fee for EUR accounts is charged separately from other current accounts.
• New tariff for cross-border payments is implemented.
• Free of charge payments within same city in CNY transaction is cancelled.
• The process of fee deduction for Remote Banking System (RBS) is changed:
  1. RBS key issuance is changed at the date of receiving the application for RBS;
  2. RBS service fee is charged in the month end regardless the quantity of days.
